What is your pet policy?
Pets are welcome! There will be an additional pet rent per month and deposit per pet. Please inquire to the office for more information.
Do you offer short term leases?
Please contact us to reach out with specific questions about the lease term you are looking for, along with which floor plan you are interested in. One of our helpful leasing agents will reach back out to you!
What do I need to be approved?
Our approvals are not based on one thing, as we look at the prospect as a whole. However, you will need to show income of 2.5X the monthly rent or show an account with 6X the rent in it. If you are unable to provide evidence of either of these, you will need to apply with a cosigner.
Can I rent a unit unfurnished?
Unfortunately, our units cannot be offered unfurnished however, you are welcome to store the furniture elsewhere and then return it at the end of your lease. (We cannot supply storage for you. It is the tenants’ responsibility to ensure all furniture is returned, or they will be charged per piece.)
How much are utilities?
We charge a $50 flat fee every month which covers water/sewer, gas, common area electricity, and WiFi. Tenants are responsible for setting up their own unit’s electricity with EWEB.
