What is the application fee?

How much is the deposit?

$250 (On approved credit)

How far are you from the University of Oregon?

We are just 0.5 miles away, or a 10 minute walk.

Do you have secure bike parking?

Yes, we have covered and secure bike parking for our residents.

What are the pet-related fees?

We require a one-time $300 refundable deposit per pet

Do you have any 1 Bedrooms?

No, all of our apartments are furnished studios. We have 13 studio-lofts on the first floor that all have interior staircases that lead to a separate loft area, but because there is no bedroom door, these are not technically 1 Bedroom apartments.

Do you require renters insurance?

We provide liability insurance for $16/month, but you are welcome to provide your own renters insurance instead. We just need the declarations page showing your policy number and that you are insured up to $100,000.

What furniture is included in the studio?

The furniture varies with the floor plan, but generally includes a desk, chair, bed frame, mattress, 3 stackable 2-door dressers, a nightstand and (unit depending) a couch or a high-table with 2 chairs.

What’s included in the cost?

Internet, water, trash, sewer, gas, the furniture within the studio, and the beautiful amenities!

Do you have a parking garage?

No, but we do have 20 assignable parking spaces for our residents, as well as easy street parking. The assigned spaces are $115 per month (uncovered spaces) and $125 per month (covered spaces). Street parking is in Zone H, which requires a permit from the city if you are going to park for more than two hours.

When is rent due?

The rental installments are due by the 1st of each month and considered late on the 5th.

What are your lease terms?

We offer lease terms that start 9/15/2023 and end 8/31/2024 of the next year with the option to relet the space. We are also now preleasing for our fall move in with a lease term starting 9/20/2024 and ending 8/31/2025.
